Sirs
I return your Muster rolls for
Jany, Feby and March in order that you may insert the date of enlistment of Gersham Moor and request you may in future make your musters complete before they transmitted other= wise it is impossible to form a payroll_ If recruits join from any other Company it should be noted in the Column of remarks _ I also return the certificates of the Magistrates as they are not necessary to be produced untill you settle your recruiting account ~
