To be paid Capt Bezl Howe
For pay of himself and his recruits
For January & February 1794 _ _ _ 250.70

duplicate receipts accordingly.
As Capt Ledam [?] is ordered to your
city I suppose it would be best for you to retain his Money until he arrives~
