Sirs

It is estimated that the ex=

pense of the paper and printing of the muster and pay rolls will amount to a= bout two or three hundred dollars, therefore I suppose there would be no impropriety in advancing Mr. Fenno the sum of 150 dollars on account to be discharged from the gross sum appropriated for the contingent expenses of the War department for this Year ~

I am Sirs etc
Joseph Howell
