Sirs

As the situation of the Paymaster of the Troops is not stationary and as he is now so far advanced _ It would be more safe and convenient to the parties to pay the Scouts at this Office if it meets your approbation I will add a nota bena [sic] to the advertisement to be published in the Kentucky Gazette to that effect ~
