Title

The Law of Blood for Blood

Description

Blount and Pickens discuss the dilemma regarding the murders of Cherokees by white marauders. The Cherokees want the perpetrators to be put to death according to their laws but the only way that could be done is following a verdict of guilty by a jury in a trial. But, it will be nearly impossible to find a jury of frontier people who would find white men guilty of killing Indians.
