I request that the clothing for the Troops at head quarters, under major general Wayne, may be immediately pack up, and forwarded to Pittsburg, agreeably to the arrangement enclosed.
The troops which marched this year, have received their clothing at their recruiting rendezvous.
Beside the above a supply of clothing is to be sent to Pittsburg for the troops which will remain on the upper parts of the frontiers and at Wheeling. The precise number will be given you hereafter.
