Description

William McHenley has, agreeable to contract with the Quartermaster General, delivered a considerable quantity of forage to Muskingham near Fort Washington. Not having his vouchers previous to Col. O'Hara's departure and not having been furnished the money to discharge the account he has drawn on Hodgdon at eight days light for $1104 which should be paid and charged to the Quartermaster General's account.
