Mr. Fisher comes forward as an assistant Guard to Doctor Carmichal who has the cash to pay the Army up to the first of the present year - By him if not before, you will have an opportunity of sending forward my Bon of Papers which General Putnam brought from Fort Washington.
The Accounts yet remain with the Auditors,waiting for certain papers once in the possession of General StClair they must be shortly had, or be dispensed with- else Congress will be asked another question on the subject The Committee have made another strong Report- the same Committee as formerly - next Wednesday, I think. Their metal weill be tried, I have some friends in the Home of this more hereafter.______
