Sir
A waggon leaves this City tomorrow which has a box to your address, containing 5 1/2 Rheam writing paper of the same kind as this on which I write, which if I understand your directions is of the kind you wish to have. I enclose you a list of Drafts made by Mr. Belli on the Secretary of War, all of which except the two last, the Secretary of the Treasury has enabled me to Discharge
They are also to be paid. I thought it best to Acquaint you with the Circumstance as it may be of use in your future, if not present arrangements. I have a large indent of Military Stores under order, some of which will immediately go forward and the remainder as fast as they can be produr'd.
