New Quartermaster
Description
Letter to the Commissary of Military Stores. Harris notes that he heard Hodgdon had a disagreeable passage. Harris believes Hodgdon has been treated ill, presumably referring to Hodgdon's role as quartermaster in the St. Clair defeat. Harris goes on to report on supply matters. Discusses James O'Hara, Hodgdon's replacement as Quartermaster.
