Extract of a letter from the Secretary of War to Mr. Dayton
July 25 1792
I have received your favor of the 23d inst: "Please to direct Mr. Williamson to ship the saddles for this place, & directed to Samuel Hodgdon Commissary of military stores; and upon the receipt thereof, and of his account, it shall be paid to her order in this city"
