Description

Certificate of disability of Isaiah McCarty; alludes to St. Clair's campaign; discusses Invalid pension. He lost the use of his left hand and arm as a soldier of Captain Smith's company of the second regiment of levies on the late expedition against the indians under the command of Major General St. Clair. He is entitled during his disability to an allowance of five dollars per month.
