Rec'd June 19th 1792 from Mr. Wm. Knox, Clerk of Military stores, forty seven 10 pds Sixty Tubes - and six portfires - or also Standard and Eighty Eight pounds of Cannon powder: by order of the secretary at War for the Celebration of the 4th of July ensuing.
