Sir
I cannot procure from the Master Rolls the actual time of White inlistment, and have therefore been under the necessity of accepting his evidence which is corroborated by personal information of Colo Gunn. I consider the charge for the [undecipherable] <sup>very</sup> extravagant to be unreasonable - but as theose soldiers who carried off their Hours were charged at this rate I do <sup>not</sup> consider myself [undecipherable] to make any discrimination.
