Title

New Block House

Description

Hast informs Howell that he found it necessary, both for the necessary accomodation of his men and the strength of the works which were in a weak state, to erect a block house which he has done and for which he encloses the bills of expense. The house is the best and strongest which has been built on the grounds and when the public no longer needs it, will command a price more than the cost.
