Full title: An Act for raising and adding another Regiment to the military after establishment of the United States and for making farther provisions for the protection of the frontiers. Official Congressional involvement in the protection of the frontiers of Virginia and Kentucky. Adds a regiment to the United States army, establishes the enlistment bounty as $6. The increase in troops will be paid for by an increase on the duties on distilled spirits.
