An Doctor Carmichaels Arrival here, he found it necessary to Establish, an Hospital for Several Such that were here of Capt Hashels Company. Share therefore on May or Respects order. Reneted a House & furnished it with sundry articles that appear necessary. on the Requisition of the Doctor but least a demand should be made in future, that may Exseed the Stated Allowance, I have to Request Instructions, Respecting the Hospital & Barrack Arrangement in General__
I have herewith Inclosed a Return of Stores up to this date, a Considerable part of which I intend to [undeciperable] by Aloy or Trescott Detachement, who non waits for orders [undeciperable] Aloy or Trescott has agreed to leave a Subaltern & a party to wait for the Gueralls that are coming forward__
I have Recieved your favor of the 24* [undeciperable] her morresnt I shall pay particular attention to your Instruction therein.
