Description
The bearer, George Kinesar, is the wagoner who attended Capt. Pratt's Company from Jersey. Michael Stevor, who engaged him was given sixty dollars in advance but gave Kinesar only twenty dollars promising him that he would overtake and pay him more but Kinesar never saw any more of him. Knox should keep this in mind when settling with Stevor.
