When I did my self the honor to Write you from Richmond I flattered myself I was in a fair way to recover my health, but have been much disappointed in my Expectations. for I still remain much indisposed.

By information from Governor Blount Rec.d yesterday there is likely to be a very large representation of the Cherokees And I expect this day the Treaty will begin commence be [undecipherable]
Three About three Companies of the Levies is are raised, and I expect they will March for Fort Washington in the Course of a few days. We are in Some Measure at a loss, for camp Utentials of Various kinds. Tho I shall make the best And easiest preparations. that
Circumstances will admit of.
There has been one of the largest inundations In our Rivers ever yet known in this Country. It has swepCarried off Almost all the Corn and provision of every kind that was on our lone Ground plantations Which Occasions provisions some what difficult to procure for the soldiers. tho I believe I shall shall Get them furnished at nearly or at the price estimated, or very little higher, I shall do My self the honor to Write you on every Suitable opportunity.
