Resolving Charles Markle's Account
Description
Relative to the account of Charles Markle, late a captain in the legion, it has become evident that the difference between the pay of an infantry officer and that of a cavalry officer is relevant in his case. Since Markle was paid in error as an infantry officer, he is owed the difference so an account for the amount still due him is enclosed.
