Payment of the Troops in Georgia
Description
In response to Howell's request, Roberts has sent his lieutenant with the money for the payment of the troops in Georgia. Howell has requested Roberts to muster his men before he leaves Charleston but has yet to tell him who is to be in charge. If this information is not received, Roberts will have them mustered by an old officer of the American Army during the late war.
