Enclosed you have an invoice of Public property forwarded to your address for the use of the Recuits at Pittsburg--the secretary of War will (if not already done) order the distribution of it--the sheat Iron forwarded is for Camp kettles--if you can get them well and cheap made, I wish you have fifty made immediately--to be ready on any emergency
I have received your Letters, and have noted all their contents--but as I shall probably be with you soon, it is needless to reply at present--Four Companies leave this and the adjacent Towns for Pittsburg on Monday next--
