We Received yours of the 17th of Septr 90 & Observed its Contents. Also the one sent bie you to Coll. Butler & are sorie to hear of your being sick, which prevented your deoing anie thing about the Land at Fort [undecipherable] last Winter, when the Legislature, was at New York but are glad that you intend to setle it this winter when they meat again at the same plae. And hopes that you will be able for to setle it Entierlie now. As you have got such good assitance in the Law Way. for wee heartely wish you suckcess, as the Agreement wee made with you we shall stand by, and to you wee look for the fulfilling of it and to no other, therefore wee hope you will doe great endevor for to setle it as soon as possible, and then for to let us know of it, when you have done, Likeways for to appoint a place for us to meet you where wee must setle it Entierly, according to your agreement with Us--Capt John wrote to you some time agoe concerning our Church for it belongs to Us that lives hear and to no other, therefore wee hope that you will setle that matter likeways, and let us know Your answer-- Wee understand from your Letter that Capt Brant & others with him at the Meeting at Fort stanwix and Fort [undecipherable] flatts
