I have the honor to inform your excellency that the President of the United States has in pursuance of an act, entituled “An act for raising and adding another regiment to the military establishment of the United States, and making further provision for the protection of the frontiers”, passed the third day of March 1791, directed Seventy Six__ troops to be recruited in the State
State of New Hampshire that as soon as the same shall be recruited they are to be marched to Fort Pitt .
