It appears that Capt T. H. Condy has produced Payrolls of Col. H. Jacksons Regt to an amot covering the sums rec'd advanced by the US on accot per the regt & leaving a balnc due the regt of Dols 819 80/90 which was paid him but no evidence of the disposition of this balnce as also the whole monies previously advanced has not been produced which I apprehend ought to be done by Capt Condy previously to an allowance being made him for an extension of the to service--
