Sir,
In pursuance of you request of this day I have to inform you that Major Woodson did not make any claim to the late Commissioner of the Accounts previous to the 1st Augt. 1786 he is therefore his claim is therefore considered foreclosed under the Act of Congress of the 2d Novem 1785.
