Feby 9 1791
Sir
I have [undecipherable - herewith?] made a Statemt of the Accot of Hezh Wetmore late [undecipherable]MGl founded on the principles partly contained in an accot of his stated by Jno Peirce late PMGl and in a report of a Committee of Congress respecting him. The retain'd rations [undecipherable] to his audit & the sums for forage is consistently with the late P.MGls Statemt. The first I have concluded to have are extended to the 1 Jany 1782 at the rate of two retain'd. If however he should be allowed the rations & forage of a Colo. from the 17 Jany 81 it will [undecipherable] his balce upward of 100 Dols it will turn the balnce in his favor
