[undecipherable] the claim of Doctr Elliot for commutations and am inclinde to think that it may be admitted.
I have not so pracitced on a knowledge of this frigut as in [undecipherable]mr to decide with country. I therfore [undecipherable] my notes, and shall be obligated to you to give the ion acareful inammunation before you make a statement & communicate any objections which may occur.
