The Auditor of the Federal Treasury writes that the Comptroller of the Federal Treasury has referred to him the accounts of William Blount, late Deputy Paymaster General of North Carolina, for settlement. Wolcott writes that he finds no abstracts of the payments; asks Howell to transmit such abstracts if they are in the Office of Army Accounts.
