On examining the charges exhibited by the State of Pennsylvania against the United States, for depreciation granted to her late line there appear a number that are not vouched, neither can the names of the persons to whom the Certificates are said to be delivered, be found on the Musters - for your information I have enclosed a list of the names & the sums paid charged, if you have any evidence before you that will establish this claim I wish it may be forwarded soon. There are other objections to this account which as they arise shall be transmitted.
