Description
Agreeable to the War Secretary's request, Howell has examined the accounts of the state of Connecticut and finds that no monies have been charged against Capt. John Stevens, late a hostage during the War at the Cedars. Stevens has received his commutation and part of his pay, but his depreciation and other part of his pay is still due him.
