Sir
I now forward the Returns of Ordnance and Quarter Masters Stores for the month of July 1789--
I have given Mr. Isaac Garrison an Account and Certificate for his delivery at this Garrison One hundred and fourteen Cords of Wood -- he received six Bolts of Duck, agreeable to your letter of April 27th --
There is now Thirty five Cords of Wood on hand -- and if you should think proper to have any more laid in for the Winter, it will be best to give for it now before it takes a [undecipherable word, perhaps Rise]
