Register of Certificates issued by the late John Pierce Esq
P. M. G. many of these errors I have noticed, a thorow
correction will be of great service---

Gentlemen
My last was 15th April since which I have received none of your favors. This serves to transmitt a Quarterly return of business transacted in the Office from 1st April to 30th June last-- Vizt Acct Currt of specie money received & paid with Vouchers balance in my favour 8249 63/90 Dollars-- also Account Current of Indents of Interest recd & paid, balance in favour of the United States 169,671 8/90 Dollars-- also Acct current of Blank Loan Office Certificates received and issued, balance on hand 654 Certificates-- also Account of 40 Specie Loan Office Certificates Vizt No 3607 @ 3646 issued in lieu of depreciated Loan Office Certificates cancelled, amounting to 21,707 24/90 Dollars as per Vouchers No 77 @ 105-- also abstract No 1 of Indents of Interest issued for payment of Interest to 31st Decemr 1787 on Loan Office Certificates amounting to 22972 22/90 [undecipherable page folded] as per Vouchers No 213 @ 296-- also Abstract [undecipherable page folded] Indents of Interest issued for payment of
