Title
Pay and Pension for Invalids
Description
Invalids at West Point were discharged in accordance with Act of Congress. Money advanced to the invalids was sent to the state of their residence. This advanced pay was supposed to be superseded by a pension rather than in addition to it. Claim of John Wilson is inadmissible.
