Sir
Your letter of the 16th was duly received
I am sorry you must arrange with your
treasury the Jugement of warrants for the rations
to be furnished [undecipherable]
The Board of treasury have furnished
warrants as Connecticut from which by the
assistance of Colonel Wadsworth I am in full
price that many will be received to pay your
account for [undecipherable]
Should however my ascertations in that which
fail I will endevor to obtain warrants for
[undecipherable] or some other State that [undecipherable]
to you.
The price you [undecipherable] of 9th rations is
accounted by me.
