Title

Settling the Accounts of a Former Dragoon in Lee's Legion

Description

Detail of Flease's pay as a dragoon in Lee's Legion. Settlement of his account, as well as the charges lodged with Andrew Duscomb. Due to Lee and Heards' accounts still open, Howell cannot ascertain if Flease was paid the full amount due him so Howell decided to suspend Flease's account until all facts are obtained.
