Sir
[undecipherable] hond at the letter from [undecipherable] of the
3d Ulto. [undecipherable] and that you [undecipherable] for
[undecipherable] by more than 500 Dol. offer the cheaper of the
place - I have conquered of him about it but it is not
yet arrivd should it not have been [undecipherable] now

the [undecipherable] General Altometnion,
the [undecipherable] Letters home
[undecipherable] I have requested him to send them
to [undecipherable] cre & you wull find frequent Opportunity

confident moght be had of a contract and as offered
to Fort Pitt from Philada he [undecipherable] Harrisburg

from [undecipherable] either & by Boston [undecipherable] or
by Harrisburg instead [undecipherable]
