Agreably to my promise I have written to Mr. Greene, and herein incl [undecipherable] to you.
The affairs of Holland will said [undecipherable] it is probably accommodated by the friendly interpretation of other powers.
We are anxiously waiting for ref(?) of the Convention which it is said will take place in about 15 days.
I beg you to [undecipheralble] me to your family.
