Whereas it appears that, Moses Hazen Esq. late a Brigadier General in the Army of the United States, and his wife_Lt. William William Tarrey, Pierre Cayeouse, John Gouley, Pierre Charlong and Mrs.Tucker, the widow of Daniel Tucker, late inhabitants of Canada, are entitled to draw rations of provisions as Canadian Refugees, settling on the lands given by the State of New York, on Lake Champlain, conformably to the resolution of Congrefs of the 30th of June 1786. This is therefore to direct the Contractor for supplying provisions to the Canadian refugees aforesaid, to ifsue provisions to the said Moses Hazen Esq. and his wife, Lt. William Tarrey, Pierre Cayeouse, John Gouley, Pierre Carlong and Mrs. Tucker, for the term of time and in the same proportion as is to be observed with the said refugees, commencing the first of June 1786.
