Received certificates in favor of George Moxley. Mentions a late soldier of 4th Regiment of Artillery. To obtain a certificate in amount which although not actual specie, will be better than nothing, for the supplies to and care of the soldier-in order to do the poor woman the best justice, asks that money come from pay of 1782.
