Sir
I have herewith inclosed the whole of the
vouchers produced by you and my observations thereon
which I am of opinion you had best present to the
State for allowance, I should have restated your accounts
but it appears to be unnecessary because almost every
part of them comes [undecipherable] before the State and when
they do not it will be better that they be setled there.
I wish you to bring with you on your return [undecipherable]
Fall your settlements you make and obtain
a General Discharge For all monies received by you
from the State I wish you much happiness in your
Journey I am +c.
