John White Esqr.
October 27 1786
Copied
New York October 27th 1786
Dear Sir
Major Jno Davidson drew from me on June 18th 13th.
1782 the sum of 4826 Dols which was charged to Robt
Denny, but you in your account current with
Mr Denny charge him with the sum of 6158
Dols which [he accounts for in the entry of his]
account I find myself at a loss to whose credit
the overplus which I must place the sum of
1332 which is the ballance over what I charge
him — will you be so kind, if it is in your power
to inform me?

[to] Jno White Esquire
