The Commissioner of Settling the Accounts of the late Army of the United States, to whom was referred the Account of the late Major General Lord Stirling

Begs Leave to Report

That there appears to be the Sum of One thousand two hundred & eighty four 77/90 Dollars due on the Same which Sum your Commissioner would have paid by his Certificate in the usual manner had a legal Executor or Administrator appeared to have received it - J P.
