Description
The recipient will need to produce vouchers for the monies charged to him before he can be exonerated. As to the monies received from Maj. Ennion Williams, the accounts should be settled with Mr. Nicholson who has the returns from that regiment. The recipient should settle with Nicholson before settling with the author's office.
