Title

Charges against General DeHaas

Description

As requested, enclosed are the charges against General DeHaas. Mr. Pierce is still absent but, when he returns, he will be informed of the issue regarding Col. Wood although the author needs to be sure that it is Col. Joseph Wood that is being referenced and not some other Col. Wood. Also the 445 pounds [currency] granted to Capt. McGowan was for the use of State regiments and verification is needed that the money in fact went to the State.
