Yours of the 28.th Oct.o and your Acco. inclosed are received. which will prevent you from being foreclosed on the first of August. but as I have not time to examine into the Nature of your Claim. I cannot give you any Answer respecting it before that time. it will be necessary that you give an order in favor of some Person to Apply to me to receive such balance as may be found due to you
