It is Scarsely necessary to Enter into an- Examintaion of the Vouchers sent me by Colo. Safford. as it will be double the trouble, and not answer you a Valuable purpose. The Col.o has not therefore lodged yourpapers the whole of which I hope you will be able to deliver in the Course of a Short time.
