It is scarcely necessary to enter into an examination
of the vouchers sent me by Colo Safford -as it will be
double the trouble, and not [answer you a valuable]
purpose - the Col. has not therefore lodged your papers
the whole of which I hope you will be able
to deliver in the course of a short time.
