Sir
The numerous applications made to me
by the late soldiers of Colo Lambs Regiment for
[their securities] and your [distance being]
such that they cannot come at them â I
wish you would therefore send such certificates
to me as belong to the soldiers
in this state, and I will give you a
receipt for them, to be accountable
to you for their distribution.

[Major Wyllys has drawn the whole pay due to his Corps, you will apply to him therefore in case you have any monies due to you, for services in that corps]
