May it please your Excellency
I have to request the favour that a Commison may be granted to William Dearing for 2d Liutt. in the first Company of Artillery in the room of Willm. Plastead, who declines serving; inclosed is his Commison.
You will please to order the Commissy
Genl. to furnish two pices of Cannon with their
Apperatus - and to have them repaird and the Comis'rys
put in good order previous to deli'g them to Capt
Woodwad; who informs me the Company will soon
be Compleated - and ready for disciplining â
